Have you heard of 'Tech Neck'? Do you experience neck pain or upper back pain after hours of gaming? If so, try this 2 week program NOW!
With strong postural muscles and a “good” head posture the stress on your neck or upper back is minimized because your posture is better and the head’s weight is “naturally” balanced on the spine
Forward head posture (poor head posture) occurs when the heads slants forward – position of the head is in front of the midline of the body. Poor mid back posture/ weakness may cause an increase in curvature of your mid back, possibly causing an increase in forward head posture. Basically forward head posture is when the head is placed further in front of the shoulders rather than directly in line. Imagine this posture, then add in looking down at your monitor, tablet, laptop, or gaming screen… that’s tech neck. The more prolonged this poor posture occurs the more likely that neck pain, mid back pain, muscle strain and or stiffness may begin
